Manchester Marathon is run in accordance with our parent company, A.S.O. U.K. Limited (A.S.O. UK). This document sets out the terms and conditions of Manchester Marathon’s website: ManchesterMarathon.co.uk (the “Website”). These terms (the “Terms and Conditions”) are a legal agreement between you and A.S.O. U.K. Limited (A.S.O. UK) (“A.S.O. U.K.”), “us”, “we”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under registered number 3891235 with its registered office 160 Falcon Road, Wandsworth, London, SW11 2LN, England.

UK) event will be shared with us and used by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy, but Active.com may have its own terms and conditions and privacy policy. We are not responsible for your Active.com account and you must contact Active.com. for any issues with your Active.com account.
