YOU’RE IN – WHAT COMES NEXT?
With the adidas Manchester Marathon approaching, it’s time to look ahead to what comes next on this exciting journey. Whether this is your first challenge or you’re a seasoned participant, staying up to date on upcoming milestones will help you make the most of your training and enjoy a smooth experience leading up to the big day. Here’s a quick look at the key dates.
1. TRAINING PLANS – GET READY!
On December 28th, participants can access adidas training plans tailored to different goals and experience levels. These plans provide structure and motivation to build strength and endurance for event day, with training officially kicking off in early January.
Keep an eye on your emails for a first-look at the training plans on the following dates:
• 16 Week Training Plan Release: December 28th 2024
• Training Start Date: 6th January 2025
• 12 Week Training Plan Release: 27th January 2025
• Training Start Date: 3rd February 2025
2. EVENT PACKS
For UK participants who have opted to receive their bib by post you can expect this to arrive before Friday 25th April.
If you have opted to collect your event pack, or you live outside of the UK, there will be further information available nearer the time.
3. PACK COLLECTION
For international participants, people who have opted to collect their packs and those needing a replacement, there will be a Pack Collection on the Friday and Saturday before the event.
• Pack Collection: April 25th and 26th 2025
• Details of location to be shared: 20th March 2025
4. EVENT DAY – THE ADIDAS MANCHESTER MARATHON
Finally, you’ll be ready to tackle the adidas Manchester Marathon challenge. Remember, it’s not just about the finish line; it’s about the journey and the memories made along the way.
• Start Location: Old Trafford
