Event Day Nutrition

Fuelling is key to having a successful marathon, especially on event day. Through practising your event day nutrition strategy during training, by the time you hit the start line, your body will have adapted to digesting on the go. The below HIGH5 gels will be on offer for participants. 

The Energy Gel Aqua from HIGH5 will be available to participants on-route. Please note that HIGH5 Energy Gels will not be available at all drinks stations, so we recommend you to bring additional hydration and nutrition based on your specific needs

Water and refreshing natural fruit juices give Energy Gel Aqua its extremely light consistency when delivering carbohydrates straight to your muscles during exercise.

Suggested Use 

Tear the top of the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet. Take up to three sachets per hour during exercise, less if you are also using a sports drink. 

You don't need to drink extra water with it but when exercising it’s important to stay hydrated so we recommend using this product alongside ZERO.
